Crane Towers, Cologne
Since the start of the development of Cologne’s Rheinau Harbor into a leading location for offices and housing, the three “Crane Towers” (Kranhäuser) have been synonymous with this ambitious project. And rightly so, because the three Crane Towers, each approximately 60 meters high, dominate Cologne’s cityscape in a similar war to the city’s Cathedral.
The unique location on the Rhine, immediate access to the city’s lively and popular southern central district and direct proximity to the heart of the city give the site its special character. In addition, Condair evaporative coolers ensure efficient cooling and low running costs.

Significant energy saving
Indirect evaporative cooling reduces the power requirement of a cooling machine for mechanical cooling.
Conventional cooling machines and cooling batteries can therefore be designed to be significantly smaller and more cost-effective.
